I bought this ozone generator from this company, but it did not work when I recieved it. I contacted the supplier, and she told me to open the back of the machine amd inspect that, on the other hand their technician suggested to send me a timer and I change it and repair the machin on myself. I believe this is not the buyer's responsibility. The supplier is so rude and unprofesional in her work and she is unhelpful. I don not recomment this seller and also I do not recomment this factory to purchase from it. Please do not buy this machine from them. Service：
